Job Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist in managing the intranet site of ASSA ABLOY updating changes
Help with developing content production including graphic design and video editing
Translation support upon need (English/Chinese)
Consolidating reports from different Business Units
Assist in drafting English content such as news announcements video script and storyboards.
Provide support at the event including logistics coordination and on-site assistance.
Assist with team administrative tasks.
Other ad-hoc tasks

Skill:

Excellent written and speaking skills in English
Experience in graphic design for both static and motion graphics knowledge of multimedia content creation is a plus.
Proficiency in design software (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) will be an advantage.
Ability to collaborate with others
Able to balance multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion to learn exceed and succeed
Major in journalism communication marketing graphic design or other relevant fields is preferred

Experience: relevant internship experience preferred

At least guarantee a 3-month internship
