Communications Associate (New College Graduate)
Job Summary
Position Summary:
The Communications Associate / New College Graduate (NCG) will support the execution of integrated communications initiatives across PR and social media while developing a strong foundation in B2B technology communications.
This role will offer exposure to regional communications practices cross-functional collaboration and hands-on learning across core communications disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of integrated communications activities including public relations and social media programs
- Assist in media monitoring coverage analysis and preparation of communications reports and summaries
- Contribute to content development across social channels including drafting support materials and coordinating content calendars
- Support coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent communications delivery
- Assist in organizing communications assets documentation and campaign-related materials
- Support basic performance tracking and data analysis to inform communications effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with APAC Japan and China communications teams and external agencies on selected regional initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferably in Communications Journalism Marketing Advertising or related disciplines
- Strong interest in B2B communications and technology industries
- Structured thinker with strong learning agility and execution capability
- Detail-oriented with basic data sensitivity and analytical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
- Prior internship experience in communications marketing media or related fields is a plus
- Overseas study or English working/internship experience is a plus
