The Pricing Analyst plays a key role in shaping the commercial success of the company by developing datadriven pricing strategies for vehicle leasing products. This role requires strong analytical skills market awareness and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure pricing is competitive profitable and aligned with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is detailoriented businessminded and passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends competitor pricing and demand patterns to support pricing decisions.
Conduct pricing simulations and scenario analyses to identify optimal pricing that balances profitability and competitiveness.
Support the development and implementation of the PricingCommercial Policy.
Maintain responsibility for the accurate updating of calculation engine.
Work closely with the Commercial Department to provide pricing insights guidance and support.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure pricing strategies support broader business goals.
Participate in local or group-level projects involving pricing digital tools commercial initiatives or market analysis.
Negotiate with dealers and importers when necessary to secure the most favorable conditions for the company.
Provide datadriven recommendations and feedback to help drive sales and improve product competitiveness.
Assist the Pricing Manager in achieving departmental objectives and enhancing pricing methodologies.
Stay up to date on industry regulations leasing market trends and automotive developments affecting pricing decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Business Administration Statistics Data analytics or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions pivot tables modeling).
Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau Qlik) is a strong advantage.
Experience with programming language (Python R) is a strong advantage.
Ability to perform quantitative modelling data analysis and forecasting.
Strong analytical reasoning and ability to translate data into clear pricing recommendations.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong problemsolving ability and commercial acumen.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments and influence without direct authority.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
