The O&D Pricing Agent is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of vehicle costing and pricing supporting the end-to-end processes of the Orders & Deliveries department. The role safeguards compliance with internal pricing procedures ensures alignment with departmental KPIs and contributes to the financial integrity of the quotation and invoicing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Costing & Price Analysis Review

• Review and validate the price analysis of each vehicle against the system-registered costing prior to invoice receipt.

• Ensure all pricing elements are consistent accurate and aligned with internal guidelines and approvals.

Invoice Verification Prior to Registration

• Cross-check incoming supplier invoices against the corresponding system costing before final vehicle registration.

• Identify discrepancies document findings and collaborate with suppliers and internal departments for corrective actions.

Execution of the Recalculation Process

• Perform the Recalculation Process with strict adherence to the departmental quotation-related KPIs.

• Monitor cost variances and take appropriate action in coordination with relevant teams.

Custodian of Accurate Pricing

• Ensure that the system costing fully corresponds to the final supplier invoice.

• Act as a safeguard against asset risk exposure by ensuring accurate pricing is applied to the customer.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy transparency and compliance with procedures.

• Manage inquiries related to costing pricing invoicing and vehicle process flows.

Back-Up & Support to the Orders Department

• Serve as a full back-up resource for the Orders Department when required.

• Perform additional invoice checks reporting and registration approval tasks.

• Cooperate closely with Logistics Procurement Accounting and Sales teams on matters within the scope of the role.

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or another relevant field

• Previous experience 3 years

• Professional experience in Pricing Costing Supply Chain Orders/Deliveries or similar roles (preferred).

• Excellent command of English language

• Strong numerical mindset with the ability to interpret costing structures.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Strong command of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (an advantage).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and external partners.

• High orientation toward accuracy quality and process compliance.

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
