In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-drivenBusiness Analyst(Senior Associate) to join our Tax & Legal team in Athens.
Own project delivery end-to-end ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Drive technology projects from scoping and planning through to delivery with clear milestones timelines and resource allocation
Coordinate across business teams vendors and engineering to keep things moving and meet deadlines
Anticipate dependenciesidentifyrisks early and either resolve or escalate them promptly
Manage stakeholder communication - status updates steering committees and day-to-day alignment
Gather and document business requirements translating them into functional specifications process flows and current/future-state process maps
Support UAT planning and execution to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
What you bring matters
Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field
Three (3) to Five (5)years of experience in project management and/or business analysis delivering technology projects across multiple stakeholders teams and vendors
Experience in B2B environments or regulated organizationsis highly recommended
Proficiencyin MS Suite; familiarity with tools like Figma Visio Alteryx or Power BI is a plus
Fluent in Greek and English
