Were looking for a Technical Lead who will lead our team to deliver our new Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. You will collaborate with other product and technology teams as well as lead a platform team to enhance a robust and efficient client experience holistically. You willbe responsible forthe management and guidance of full-stack software engineering quality engineering platform engineering teams and allfacetsof resource management budget and delivery of the product roadmap. This leader is passionate about high-quality and on-time products that deliver amazing results to our clients.

About theproject:Theproject is an application designed for patient management within hospital and nursing home networks in the United States along with billing and insurance functionalities.It serves twoclientinstanceswith a shared codebasebut differentconfigurationshandlelarge amountsof time-sensitive data and has complex DB and code architecture.

Requirements:

• 7 yearsofexperience leading product development delivery teams preferably cloud-based SaaS applications and services
• Strong and detailed knowledge of and experience with modern Stack Angular cloud computing DevOps continuous integration and Agile development methodologies
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface withall functions at all levels of the organization
• Work experience that demonstratesa strong senseof ownership urgency and drive
• Experience building operating andmaintainingSaaS applications and services on Azure preferred
• Enterprise and/or systems architecture design experience
• Excellent planning communicationand presentation skills needed along with a well-rounded technical and business knowledge
• Ability to work with remote and international teams
• Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
• English Upper Intermediate - Advanced

Responsibilities:

• Defineanddrivetheprojectstechnicalvisionensuringalignmentwithbusinessgoalsandindustrybestpractices
• Lead architecture design and high-level technical decisions across two client instances with a shared codebase
• Conduct thoroughimpactanalysisforallproposedchangestoensuresystemstabilityscalabilityanddataintegrity
• Drive technical excellenceacrosstheteambyenforcingcodequalitysecuritystandardsandperformanceoptimizationpractices
• Collaborate with developers DB engineer QA BAs and tech writer to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions
• Oversee CI/CD processes inAzureDevOpsensuringsmoothandsecuredeploymentsoftime-sensitivehealthcarefeatures
• Review and validate system and application architecture to support high-load sensitive data operations in a compliant manner
• Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of engineers fostering continuous improvement and technical growth
• Proactively identify technical risks and bottlenecks; propose and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure effective documentation and technical communication across stakeholders
• Communicate our solutions to client representatives both from technical and business sides

Schedule:5/2 8-hour working day (40hrper week) flexible schedule.Needat least 4 hours of overlap with the client in EST.
