Tech Team Lead – Frontend (TypeScript React)

You will be building the frontend layer of a multi-tenant telecom orchestration platform (IQ Platform) consisting of 9 independently deployable micro-frontends using Vite Module Federation. The platform shell hosts all MFEs under a single navigation experience with role-based access control serving multiple personas (admins support agents onboarding specialists accounting). The UI includes data-heavy dashboards real-time analytics multi-step provisioning wizards and a visual flow builder (Studio).

Owns frontend technical leadership builds the frontend team and delivers scalable performant UI solutions across 9 micro-frontends. Establishes and governs the shared design system owns the platform shell architecture and ensures consistent UX across all modules and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend architecture using React 18 TypeScript 5.x and Vite Module Federation
• Architect and maintain the platform shell MFE (navigation session notifications RBAC enforcement)
• Establish and govern the shared design system/component library across all MFEs and teams
• Build mentor and manage a frontend engineering team
• Drive requirements refinement UI technical decisions and estimations
• Implement RBAC-driven UI patterns (conditional rendering route guards feature-level access control)
• Decompose features into tasks and plan deliveries
• Ensure high-quality performant and maintainable frontend code
• Produce architectural decision records for cross-team MFE integration patterns
• Collaborate closely with backend product design and DevOps teams
• Support frontend deployment via CI/CD on AWS (S3 CloudFront EKS)

Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Micro-frontend architecture (Vite Module Federation single-spa or similar)
• Modern state management (Zustand TanStack Query or equivalents)
• Design system creation and governance across multiple teams
• RBAC-driven UI patterns (conditional rendering route guards feature flags)
• Experience with modern build tooling (Vite Webpack 5 Module Federation)
• Solid understanding of CSS architecture at scale (Tailwind CSS CSS Modules or similar)
• Experience with AWS frontend hosting (S3 CloudFront) and CI/CD pipelines
• Multi-tenant / white-label UI experience (theming partner-specific branding)
• Proven Tech Lead / Team Lead experience
• Strong Agile mindset and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Data visualization libraries (Recharts D3 AG Grid or similar)
• Accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) at scale
• Experience with visual flow/diagram builders (React Flow JointJS or similar)
• Real-time UI patterns (WebSocket SSE for live dashboards)
• Telecom or SaaS platform UI experience
