Role Overview

As a Freelance Recruiter you will collaborate with an international team to attract engage and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey. With full control over your schedule youll have the freedom to focus on sourcing top talent for global opportunities from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Identify screen and evaluate candidates for international roles
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client needs
Maintain organized pipelines and ensure accurate tracking of candidate information
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Act as a key point of contact for candidates offering clear and supportive communication
Adjust recruitment strategies based on client requirements and market trends

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
Previous freelance experience and strong self-management skills
Comfort working with flexible performance-based schedules
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
EU citizenship or the ability to invoice as a freelancer within Europe
