YOUR TASKS
As a Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruiting process for your cross-location roles.
You serve as a valued partner advising the respective hiring managers on all matters related to personnel acquisition.
You create job advertisements select suitable channels (including active sourcing) manage the application processes and ensure the best possible candidate experience up to onboarding.
Through your professional interview guidance you ensure that your applicants fit both professionally and personally with us while providing them with a transparent picture of their future tasks at diconium.
You contribute your own ideas within various projects (e.g. in the field of data-driven recruitment selection methods introduction of tools etc.) actively shaping the further development of our processes.
YOUR PROFILE
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting or as a headhunter.
You know how to take responsibility and communicate independently at eye level with your stakeholders.
You are a true team player have strong communication skills and are proficient in both German and English.
You are familiar with current recruiting trends and methodically stay up-to-date.
You are a creative contributor look beyond the obvious and constructively question existing procedures.
