The Food & Beverage team enablesa consistentexperience for our guests by ensuringproductis fresh in stock available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are expertsofoperationsprocessand efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment inventory accuracy food safety presentationpricingand promotional signing processes for all Food&Beverage areas of the store.

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture in food

• State and federal food safetyandOSHA guidelines

• Monitoring sales of products and adjusting production to drive efficiency profitability andminimizewaste

As a Food Service Expert no two daysare ever the same but a typical day willmost likely includethe following responsibilities:

• Create an Easy Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:

• Greet:

• 10ft: be friendly smile make eye contact or wave

• 4ft: greet the guest smile andinitiatea warm helpful interaction

• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth easy shopping experience

• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you

• Actively support team efforts andassistpeers in other areas whilemaintaininga positive and respectful attitude

• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

• Deliver an exceptional guest experiencebyproviding a freshand abundant shopping experienceduring all hours of operations prioritizing the guests needs over task.

• Uphold andmaintainthe execution of the Food & Beveragestandardsand Pizza Hut brand standards (where applicable).

• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries replenishment straightening merchandiseinstocksroutines data accuracy culling rotation cleaning signing and organizing and storing reserve product.

• Produce package and label items to specifications on production cards and follow specific department routines to drive salesinstocksand profitability.

• Maintain a neatcleanand inviting dining area for gueststhroughout shift(as applicable).

• Make changes tosalesfloormerchandise displaysas directed.

• Always be aware of current promotions inCafé and Pizza Hut (where applicable).

• Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the food service space as outlined in best practices.

• Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to ensure an accurate recording of inventory.

• Follow all food safety requirementsincludingmonitoring and recording temperature sensitive food itemsasoutlinedinbest practice.

• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.

• Complete Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Pizza Hutproducts(where applicable).

• Alwaysdemonstratea culture of ethical conductsafetyand compliance.

• Work in a safe mannerat all times;comply withall safety policies best practices and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

• Support guest services such as back-up cashier order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) andmaintaina compliance culture while executing those duties such as compliance with federal state and localadult beveragelaws.

• All other dutiesbasedon business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business

• Previousfood orgrocery experience preferred but not

• Welcoming and helpful attitude towardallguests and other team members

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices andoperatehandheld scanners and othertechnologyequipment as directed

• Work both independently and with a team

• Resolve guest questions quicklyon the spot

• Attention to detail and followmulti-step processes

• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment andaccomplishmultiple tasks within establishedtimeframes

• Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.

• Interpret instructionsreportsand information.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.

• Climb up and down ladders if needed.

• Scanhandleand move merchandise efficiently and safely includingfrequentlylifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds withoutadditionalassistance from others.

• Flexible work schedule (e.g. nightsweekendsand holidays); come to work when scheduledwork scheduled shifts and take required mealand rest breaks

• Ability to work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures andconditions;where common allergens may also be handled or present.

• Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures humidity and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Ups carryout etc.

• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of ascheduled shifts (shift length may vary)
