Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Control signalling panels and train movements update and manage relevant data of Train Service System
- Assist the Duty Engineer-In-Charge (DEIC) and Depot Yard Master to run a smooth depot & yard operations services
- Perform the role of Engineer Person-In-Charge (EPIC) to ensure all engineering works are carried out in a safe and proper manner
- Perform shift duties and play a key role in any depot & yard emergencies
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Transport Electronic Electrical Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience including 2 years in depot shunting or in train operations
- Relevant experience in depot shunting or in train operations is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua or other languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and a holder of valid Hong Kong driving licence is preferred
- Responsible self-motivated and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
Remarks
- Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
- Required to perform relief duty of Depot Yard Master when relevant qualification is obtained
- Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered.
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
