Job Title: GTM / Outbound Operator (B2B SaaS / Fintech / Crypto)
Location: Remote - Open to Philippines India and Southeast Asia
Working Hours: US Hours (aligned with CST)
Type of Employment: Full time Independent contractor
Overview:
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused GTM / Outbound Operator to join a fast-growing early-stage team. This is not a traditional SDR role this is for someone who can own build and optimise outbound pipeline generation from the ground up.
You will operate at the intersection of sales data and automation leveraging modern outbound strategies AI tools and signal-based targeting to drive meaningful conversations and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and build the outbound engine from scratch (strategy execution optimisation)
- Design and run high-performing outbound campaigns targeting B2B customers
- Craft compelling personalised messaging that drives replies and booked meetings
- Implement signal-based outbound strategies (intent data triggers behavioural signals)
- Use AI and automation tools to scale outreach without losing personalization
- Continuously test measure and optimise messaging sequences and targeting
- Collaborate with founders and engineering team to align GTM strategy
- Build and manage prospect lists enrichment workflows and outreach systems
- Focus on quality pipeline generation not just activity volume
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound for B2B SaaS fintech or crypto environments
- Strong understanding of financial products (e.g. stablecoins payments treasury) OR ability to ramp quickly
- Demonstrated track record of generating replies and booking meetings (not just sending bulk outreach)
- Experience working in early-stage or startup environments with high ownership
- Strong grasp of modern GTM and outbound methodologies ( landscape)
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on
