Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support warehouse and logistics operations by accurately maintaining data related to inventory dispatch and inward/outward movements. The role requires good Excel skills and coordination with warehouse teams.

Job Location - Devaramjal Medchal Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update daily warehouse data (inward outward stock movement)
Maintain accurate records of inventory in Excel or system
Update dispatch details delivery status and shipment records
Generate reports for stock dispatch and pending orders
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for data accuracy
Verify data with physical stock and highlight discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation of GRN invoices and delivery challans
Assist in stock audits and cycle counts
Ensure timely data entry without errors

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables basic formulas)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of warehouse/logistics operations
Good communication skills
