Job Title: ServiceNow / Momentum Support Specialist (Immediate Requirement)

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with Momentum (or similar financial system) exposure to support a critical federal program. The role focuses on production support system stability and ongoing enhancements. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for ServiceNow and Momentum systems
Monitor and manage batch processing jobs and system performance
Handle incident resolution root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Support ServiceNow development/configuration (ITSM ITOM CMDB)
Work on integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and data management
Maintain CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping
Implement workflow automation and operational improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders and support ongoing system enhancements
Required Skills
5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform
Strong hands-on experience in:
ITSM / ITOM modules
CMDB Discovery Service Mapping
JavaScript Glide scripting
Experience in production support / operations environment
Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Exposure to batch processing / enterprise applications
Preferred Skills
Experience with Momentum Financials
Prior experience with federal/government clients
ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD)
Knowledge of monitoring tools or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
