Job Summary
Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Boolean logic X-ray searching and advanced internet sourcing techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems job portals and database mining.
- Experience in social media recruitment employment branding and digital networking.
- Experience with candidate evaluation technical screening and offer negotiation.
- Experience in market analysis recruitment reporting and talent pool development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to generate robust candidate pipelines.
- Facilitate interview coordination and evaluate candidate fitment for open technical requisitions.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance employment branding and social media presence.
- Generate analytical reports regarding staffing progress market trends and recruitment obstacles.
- Represent the organization at trade shows campus drives and professional networking events.
- Convert passive leads into pre-emptive talent pools to maintain a high-demand candidate database.
