About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager to lead sales operations across an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth managing key fleet accounts and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience leadership capability and a proven track record in commercial tire or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management

Lead train and mentor outside sales representatives and account managers

Conduct ride-alongs coaching sessions and performance evaluations

Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
Regional Account Management

Manage and grow key fleet and commercial accounts

Develop pricing strategies and customer retention plans

Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Operations & Strategy

Collaborate with branch managers and service teams

Analyze sales data trends and competitor activity

Drive strategic initiatives to improve regional performance
Administration & Reporting

Prepare forecasts and performance reports

Ensure CRM accuracy and compliance with quoting processes
Qualifications

5 years of commercial tire or B2B sales experience

2 years of leadership or regional management experience

Strong background in key account and fleet management

Knowledge of tire programs retreading and commercial services

CRM proficiency

Valid drivers license

Base Salary: $85000 $140000 USD
