Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager to lead sales operations across an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth managing key fleet accounts and leading a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience leadership capability and a proven track record in commercial tire or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead train and mentor outside sales representatives and account managers

  • Conduct ride-alongs coaching sessions and performance evaluations

  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs

Regional Account Management

  • Manage and grow key fleet and commercial accounts

  • Develop pricing strategies and customer retention plans

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share

Operations & Strategy

  • Collaborate with branch managers and service teams

  • Analyze sales data trends and competitor activity

  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve regional performance

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare forecasts and performance reports

  • Ensure CRM accuracy and compliance with quoting processes

Qualifications

  • 5 years of commercial tire or B2B sales experience

  • 2 years of leadership or regional management experience

  • Strong background in key account and fleet management

  • Knowledge of tire programs retreading and commercial services

  • CRM proficiency

  • Valid drivers license

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85000 $140000 USD

  • Bonus Commission structure
