Job Summary
Class A CDL Drivers DEDICATED SHORT HAUL REGIONAL (Bordentown NJ to Syracuse NY)
We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional route for GRAINGER INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS. These roles will involve overnight driving from Bordentown NJ to Syracuse NY (ALL LOADS RAN ROUND TRIP)
Preload/Drops
Avg. weekly mileage: 2620 miles
Schedule: First pick up of the week will be Monday at 6:00pm to drop off in Syracuse by 12 midnight daily. Last pick up of the week will be Friday at 6:00pm. Once driver arrives back to Bordentown early Saturday morning he/she will be off for the weekend until Mondays pickup.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking dependable drivers who are comfortable with regional and OTR routes and driving overnight.
To be considered applicants must:

Be 21 years of age or older
-
Hold a valid Class A CDL
-
Have an active DOT Medical Card
-
Be a U.S. resident or legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Have experience pulling 40 ft trailers
-
Be able to provide up to 10 years of employment history
All candidates must successfully pass:

DOT Physical
-
Pre-employment drug screen
-
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
-
Background screening
Experience Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following:
-
1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience within the past 3 years
(Regional or OTR experience preferred)
OR
-
3 months of verifiable OTR experience within the past year
AND completion of an accredited driving school or carrier-approved training program
OR
-
6 months of verifiable CDL driving experience within the past year
AND completion of an accredited driving school or carrier-approved training program
