Job Summary

Position: ServiceNow HRSD solution Resource

Client Location: Toronto

Work Model: Remote

Duration of the contract (start and end date): April to July 2026

Implement the ServiceNow HRSD solution for the client. There will be an integration between ServiceNow and Peoplesoft.

Skills required and Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the HRSD solution.
Ability to run requirements gathering workshops
Provide guidance to client team on how to update/modify processes to align with OOTB implementation
Groom & validate stories and help with test case preparation and UAT guidance
Knowledge of integrations and Peoplesoft HCM
