Job Summary
As part of the CMDB implementation we are looking for a CMDB Solution Architect with a strong vision for integrating multiple data sources. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a CMDB using Jira Insights requiring a diverse skill set across solution design integration and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a CMDB based on Jira Insights
- Define and manage integrations between source systems (IT tools applications infrastructure)
- Design and structure data models and Configuration Items (CIs)
- Ensure best practices in ITSM and CMDB governance
Core Skills & Expertise
- Microservices architecture on AWS
- Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL frameworks
- Proven experience with Jira and Jira Insights
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) / CMDB structuring and governance
- Data modeling (relationships between applications servers networks etc.)
- Experience working in Agile environments
Requirements
Key Screening Criteria
- Hands-on experience implementing a CMDB (not just using one)
- Ability to manage complex multi-source integrations
- Strong architectural vision across data ITSM and systems (not purely technical)
- Mandatory or highly preferred experience with Jira Insights
