Job Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of relevant experience in Application Support or Product Support within a production environment.

Strong understanding of Payment Gateway processes (authorization settlement reconciliation) and related transaction flows.

Proficiency in SQL (Oracle MySQL or SQL Server) for complex query writing and debugging.

Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and administration; basic understanding of Windows Server environments.

Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools such as Splunk AppDynamics Dynatrace Datadog.

Basic working knowledge of AWS.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for incident change and problem management and Jira.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical teams.

Proven ability to work in a multi-functional cross-team environment with global collaboration.
