Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Campaign Support
Location: Philadelphia PA 19104
Duration: 6 Months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $42.33 $47.44/hr
Schedule: (Hybrid 4 days onsite Friday remote)
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role involves working cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered on time on brand and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning execution and tracking of regional marketing and sponsorship campaigns
- Assist in managing campaign timelines deliverables and approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative Brand Product Legal etc.)
- Support digital campaigns including web email and social content
- Help organize events sponsorships and community activations
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and insights
- Assist in developing creative briefs and campaign documentation
- Maintain campaign trackers dashboards and project tools
- Utilize AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and reporting
Key Focus Areas
- Regional marketing campaigns & growth initiatives
- Community and partnership marketing
- Digital and retail campaign coordination
- Process and project management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in marketing campaign coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management tools (Workfront Asana etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital and event marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with omnichannel or regional campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (Salesforce HubSpot Adobe etc.)
- Exposure to event retail or sponsorship marketing
- Analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance
Additional Skills
- Proactive adaptable and eager to learn
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit stand bend and lift as needed
- Occasional travel for events or meetings
