Position Senior Devops Engineer

Immediate Interview
Summary of Key Responsibilities Include
Own end-to-end k8s application onboarding
Set up Jenkins pipelines for building container images working with various image registries
Implement authentication and authorization workflows using Keycloak and AWS IAM across EKS
and on-prem Kubernetes clusters
Experience with Kafka and managing Kafka clusters is highly desirable
Implement solutions for monitoring and supporting tools for container storage and container
networking
Conduct production-readiness reviews and checklists for onboarding and supporting
applications in k8s
Automation of procedures such as disaster-recovery stress tests and custom environment turn
ups using Python
Troubleshoot incidents identify root causes fix and document problems implement preventive
measures.
Participate in applying SRE principles such as availability SLIs error budgets incident reviews
alerting and be part of an on-call ROTA.
Organizational Structure
The Senior Devops Engineer will report directly to the Director of Devops in Business Systems
Development.
Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in building Linux containers and container orchestration
Three or more years of experience with Kubernetes app manifests - kustomize Helm Charts is
required
Experience with kubernetes networking - container networking Ingress such as nginx and
service mesh
Strong familiarity with Transport Layer Security Certificates etc
Experience in GitOps for kubernetes Flux ArgoCD
Experience with Shell Scripts Python is required. Go is a plus
Knowledge of web services APIs REST and RPC calls HTTPS APIs and Service Discovery
Strong Linux background and containerization principles
