Job Summary

Install configure and maintain servers storage network devices and related infrastructure
Monitor and troubleshoot network server and hardware issues
Assist in system upgrades patching and preventive maintenance
Support data center operations including racking cabling and device setup
Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
Document infrastructure configurations procedures and maintenance logs
Ensure compliance with security safety and operational policies
Assist in backup disaster recovery and system redundancy tasks

Qualifications :

23 years of experience as an IT or Infrastructure Technician
Hands-on experience with servers storage networking devices and cabling
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in data center operations
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware Hyper-V)
Knowledge of cloud-integrated infrastructure (AWS Azure)
IT certifications (CompTIA Network Server CCNA or similar)
