Job Summary

Assist in installing and configuring network devices (switches routers firewalls)
Support LAN/WAN and wireless networks under supervision
Monitor network performance and report issues to senior engineers
Assist with network upgrades and basic maintenance
Maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures
Work collaboratively with the IT team

Qualifications :

2 year of experience in networking or IT support
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and devices
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with network cabling switches routers and wireless access points
Basic knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems
IT certifications such as CompTIA Network a plus
Interest in growing into Mid-Level Network Technician roles
