Job Summary
Install configure and maintain Unix/Linux servers and related applications
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Perform system upgrades patches and backups
Collaborate with application teams to support deployment and performance tuning
Ensure security compliance and disaster recovery procedures are in place
Automate routine tasks using scripting (Shell Perl Python etc.)
Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures
Qualifications :
3-5 years of Unix/Linux system administration experience
Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and commands
Experience with Shell scripting or other automation tools
Knowledge of system monitoring backup and recovery processes
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and team collaboration skills
Experience with cloud-based Unix environments (AWS Azure)
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible Puppet Chef)
Exposure to database or middleware administration
Experience with DevOps practices
