Job Summary
Qualifications :
The Level 2 Agent must have strong Aftersales automotive and technical diagnosis experience.
Technical skills :
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of automotive technology knowledge of diagbox/Witech (Diagnostic Tool) usage knowledge of wiring diagrams.
- Must have at least one specific knowledge on (to be able to integrate s specific team of Level 2) : Chassis and Body and telematic multiplexage Over Air update
- Low emission vehicle (LEV PHEV)
- Gasoline/Diesel Engine and Gearbox
- Ability to summarize author and communicate verbally.
Behavioural Skills :
- Sensitive to customer service and costs.
- Organizational ability and ability to coordinate a cross-disciplinary team.
- An educator good verbal and written communication open-minded good interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and a self-starter to manage his/her time and priorities.
