The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Temporary Front of House / Office Coordinator to join a busy office environment on a fulltime onsite basis. This role is essential to the smooth daytoday running of the office and is ideal for someone who is organised adaptable and comfortable managing change in a fastpaced setting.
The current postholder is relocating meaning a structured handover period of approximately three weeks will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
Role Overview
This is a highly visible frontdesk and coordination role. You will be the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting daytoday office organisation. Priorities can change hourbyhour so adaptability initiative and a positive attitude are key.
Youll suit this role if you enjoy juggling tasks staying one step ahead and being the goto person in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the frontofhouse greeting visitors in a friendly professional and welcoming manner
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organised and presentable
- Coordinate daytoday office activities and respond to changing needs throughout the day
- Handle incoming calls messages and general enquiries
- Support with adhoc administrative and organisational tasks as required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations
- Spot issues early and proactively pick things up without supervision
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Professional and highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a role where priorities can change quickly
- Proactive observant and happy to take ownership
- Calm and reliable under pressure
- Confident working fulltime in an office environment
Previous frontofhouse reception office coordination or administrative experience would be beneficial
