Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN/BSN) for urgent temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care facilities in Wyoming. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments monitoring patient progress and outcomes
- Deliver high-quality direct nursing care in long-term care settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Adhere to all regulatory standards facility policies and clinical protocols
- Support accreditation processes and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Prior clinical experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work flexible assignments
