Job Summary
Location: Phoenix AZ
Shifts: Night Shift (PRN Must Float as Needed)Openings: 4 Night PRN Positions
Commitment: PRN Coverage
Pay Rates:
$53/hr. all taxable
Service Description
Provides direct patient care through comprehensive assessments and implementation of appropriate nursing interventions. Monitors patient progress and evaluates outcomes. Performs nursing procedures aligned with patient needs. Completes all required documentation including care plans and discharge planning in a clear and timely manner. Provides patient education. Administers medications per protocol and performs basic IV and phlebotomy procedures. Supports onboarding and training of new staff as needed.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise CNAs and LVNs
- Complete assessments and documentation
- Communicate with physicians and care teams
Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct patient assessments and implement nursing care plans
Monitor patient conditions and adjust interventions as needed
Administer medications and manage pharmacological treatments per protocol
Perform IV therapy and phlebotomy procedures
Document all care activities accurately in the electronic health record
Provide patient education based on individual needs
Support discharge planning and care coordination
Participate in orientation and training of new staff and team members
Float between units as required to support facility operations
Supporting Documentation and Qualifications
Current valid unrestricted RN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Compact State
Current Primary Source Verification (PSV) through National Council of State Boards of Nursing via Nursys
Current completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators
Minimum one year of recent RN experience
