About the Position Position / Specialty: ICU RN Shift: 3x12s Nights 7p-7a Ratios: 1:2 (occasional 1:3) Beds: 10 Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Is on-call REQ (Y/N): Yes at least 2 shifts/6 weeks Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities Yes can be floated to other units in the Midlands Division Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1 Year of Experience First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ: BLS ACLS NIHSS Certs Preferred: CCRN Special Requirements: Patient Ratio Experience Required 2-3 Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 119 Scrub Color: Royal Blue Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Free in any unrestricted space. Front entrance/ER entrance of the hospital is parking area D (located on a hill). If traveling via Roberts Street the parking area is located to the right when entering the hospital parking area. **Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.**
