Job Description:

As a Remote Administrative Assistant at Alfafam Management Consulting you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as managing calendars scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and update records databases and filing systems as needed.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing expense tracking and budget management.
  • Perform general office duties including ordering supplies handling mail and keeping office organized.
  • Coordinate and support various projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
