Job Summary

Job Description: Remote Administrative Assistant at Alfafam Management Consulting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail letters packages etc.).
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements and organize events.
  • Monitor office operations and address any issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working remotely and independently.
