Alfafam Management Consulting is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our team remotely. As an Administrative Clerk you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business consulting firm. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment contributing to the efficiency and growth of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team members and management.
- Manage and organize company documents records and files.
- Respond to inquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments meetings and follow-up tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate database records.
- Prepare reports presentations and other business documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new supplies when necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.

- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual office setting.
