Alfafam Management Consulting is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our team remotely. As an Administrative Clerk you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business consulting firm. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment contributing to the efficiency and growth of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team members and management.
  • Manage and organize company documents records and files.
  • Respond to inquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments meetings and follow-up tasks.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate database records.
  • Prepare reports presentations and other business documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new supplies when necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual office setting.
