Job Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining records
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication including emails and phone calls
- Support the team with any necessary administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing administrative support
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
