Job Description: Administrative Clerk (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team at Alfafam Management Consulting
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain and update files records and databases accurately
  • Assist with data entry tasks and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
