Your Day to Day

  • Collaboration with markets with the medium process complexity
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels between SAP and front-end systems to ensure data consistency
  • Verify stock allocations and transfers are reflected accurately in both systems.
  • Perform stock transfers in the system after inventory allocation
  • Ensure all transfers are completed within the required timelines and support timely product sales
  • Identify and investigate any discrepancies between SAP and LSP or front-end system
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Track the progress of inventory transfers and ensure products are delivered on time
  • Proactively address delays or disruptions in the supply chain to minimize impact on sales
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory reconciliation status and identified discrepancies
  • Maintain clear documentation of all inventory adjustments and transfer activities
  • Suggest and assist IT with improvements implementation to streamline the inventory reconciliation process
  • Work with IT or systems administrators to address technical challenges or systems inefficiencies

What are we looking for

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Production Engineering or related field
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Warehouse Inventory Control or similar position
  • Experience in using inventory management software and ERP systems including WMS and SAP (MRP SAP P1)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools especially MS Excel
  • Experience in using Front-end systems (Cegid) would be an asset
  • Fluent English speaker both written and spoken
