Your Day to Day
- Collaboration with markets with the medium process complexity
- Continuously monitor inventory levels between SAP and front-end systems to ensure data consistency
- Verify stock allocations and transfers are reflected accurately in both systems.
- Perform stock transfers in the system after inventory allocation
- Ensure all transfers are completed within the required timelines and support timely product sales
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies between SAP and LSP or front-end system
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate inventory records
- Track the progress of inventory transfers and ensure products are delivered on time
- Proactively address delays or disruptions in the supply chain to minimize impact on sales
- Prepare regular reports on inventory reconciliation status and identified discrepancies
- Maintain clear documentation of all inventory adjustments and transfer activities
- Suggest and assist IT with improvements implementation to streamline the inventory reconciliation process
- Work with IT or systems administrators to address technical challenges or systems inefficiencies
What are we looking for
- University degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Production Engineering or related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Warehouse Inventory Control or similar position
- Experience in using inventory management software and ERP systems including WMS and SAP (MRP SAP P1)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools especially MS Excel
- Experience in using Front-end systems (Cegid) would be an asset
- Fluent English speaker both written and spoken
