Job Summary
YOUR MISSION
Q-Commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city making it more convenient and easy than ever.
Be a key role in developing the Q-Commerce Specialties Vertical in Poland. Specialties are grocery stores that focus on selling a specific category or type of grocery item. Unlike a general supermarket that stocks a wide range of food and household products a specialty store focuses on a particular niche such as bakery&pastry wellness ice cream fishery butchery or gourmet.
THE JOURNEY
Seal partnerships with the best accounts - reach out to Partners negotiate and sign the deal always aligned with the company goals.
Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis.
As owner of Glovos revenue make sure that all deals follow the required profitability.
Develop and manage partner relationships for all the accounts in your portfolio ensure a fast and smooth onboarding.
Own partner relationships end to end including understanding P&L tracking managing deep product integrations leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation and ensure operational excellence.
Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product marketing and operations improvement. Be the main POC between Glovo different areas and the Partner.
Guarantee partners content quality. Own partners assortment and pricing.
Support Partner Business Lead in day to day operations.
Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on sales experience key contacts in the industry are a plus.
You have a mindset of a hunter who always reaches the right decision maker.
Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets in previous roles showcasing tangible achievements and results. Ambition to overachieve targets is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Ability to adapt selling techniques to different client personalities and organizational structures demonstrating a flexible and dynamic approach.
You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce - nice to have).
Get things done attitude proactive organized and obsessed with details.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills an empathetic inclusive and curious attitude.
Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up environment.
Polish proficiency and a very good command of English are a must.
