Whats the role

The Senior Credit Analyst deploys analytical strengths and commercial instincts to a portfolio of large private and smaller public agribusiness companies with lending needs up to $150 million. Working across a variety of Agri industries in both pre-farm and post-farm gate businesses youll meet customers and investors to understand their goals and shape high quality credit submissions that support smart sustainable lending decisions.

Youll dive into financial analysis risk profiling and the story behind every deal. Youll work with analysts product experts relationship managers and credit teams to help structure new transactions and uncover opportunities that genuinely support customer growth. Along the way youll apply sound credit practices that protect the Groups assets while keeping a close eye on emerging risks across your customer portfolio. This is a role that blends analytical depth with entrepreneurial thinking letting you stretch your skills while working closely with a broad range of stakeholders.

What do I need

  • Strong credit analysis capability and commercial acumen
  • Three to five years of demonstrated experience in commercial lending business banking or agribusiness banking ideally supporting regional customers and communities
  • Strong financial analysis and credit writing skills including the ability to assess cash flow (including seasonality) balance sheets and P&L statements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
