Position Summary:
The Commercial Manager Environmental is akeyleadership role responsible for defining and executing portfolio and commercial growth strategies across the Environmental business includingMiningand Energy Environmental Consultants Aquaculture Water Authorities and Industrial markets.
Leading a team of Product Managers and Product Specialists this rolesets strategic direction builds a high-performing and customer-centricteamand ensures strong execution. The Commercial Manager integrates portfolio strategy with commercial excellence collaborating closely with marketing technical service and support teamsto deliver differentiated customer value drive share gain in priority markets and achieve key financial and strategic performance targets.
This role will spend approximately 30% oftime infield.
Requirements:
Business insightand experience inthe environmentalsectoris highly preferred
Track recordin driving business growth throughsales leadership andthe implementation ofportfoliostrategy to achieve required objectives
Team management experience withtrack recordin buildingdevelopingand coaching a high performing team to deliver against objectives
An ability tooperatesuccessfully within an environment focused on high performance
Experience working in a global and matrix organisationis an advantage
Results-driven commercial leader with strong business acumen.
Strategic and disciplined operator with excellent organizational skills able to prioritize effectivelyand deliver against key result areas.
