About Opportunity

Our corporate teams in Melbourne partner with colleagues across Australia and New Zealand to strengthen systems lift delivery and support our people. This role sits within a collaborative HR function focused on service process improvement and practical solutions that help employees access what they need with confidence.

This role suits someone who enjoys supporting people and providing clear guidance on HR enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking help with HR processes Workday tasks or general questions. You will also coordinate with third-party providers involved in onboarding and workforce engagement. The role balances helpful confident support with a clear commitment to doing things the right way. You will improve knowledge resources implement automated solutions and run compliance and usage audits to strengthen how the business uses our systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Respond to HR queries through phone email and Zendesk
  • Resolve Level 1 enquiries and escalate complex issues
  • Support Workday updates navigation and selfservice
  • Analyse ticket trends to lift consistency and improve resources
  • Build and update knowledge articles and quick guides
  • Complete routine audits and check data accuracy
  • Support testing for HR and AI system enhancements

Required Skills and Competencies

What we are looking for you to bring:

  • Experience in service coordination or help desk within the Human Resources space
  • Ideally in-depth knowledge of Workday or large-scale HRIS platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities using ticketing systems
  • AI prompting intermediate Excel skills and data auditing are beneficial.
