Were working with a fast-growing Series A A.I. startup in New York at the intersection of technology and investment banking. This opportunity allows you to join and be part of an early team in a massive market with a front-row seat.
Sr. SDR Compensation Details:
On Target Earnings: $120000 Closed Won Bonus
Salary Range: $70000 - 80000
Commission: $40000 - $50000
Compensation Structure: Paid for (1) Completed Conversations and (2) Qualified Opportunities
Closed-Won Bonus: We work with business owners doing $10M$100M in revenue and when those deals close you get paid. A percentage of every closed-won deal is paid out as a bonus to the Sr. SDR which can add $100000$200000 in additional annual compensation.
Job Location: This is an in-person role based in our New York City office 5 days per week in office.

Function Overview: This Sr. SDR will be the intersection of marketing and sales. The SDR will help drive top-of-funnel activity and play a crucial role in turning contacts into opportunities.
Core Responsibilities: This is a cold calling heavy role. Expect to spend 5-6 hours calling per day.
Cold Calling: you will have 25 - 40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day
Completions & Activations: Completed conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role industry and use case. Activating leads that are ready-to-evaluate.
Book meetings: Turn initial contact into scheduled intro calls.
Follow up: Regularly follow up with not now contacts
Collaborate with growth and marketing: Share feedback from the field test new messaging and help optimize outreach strategies.
Maintain clean CRM hygiene: Log activities and track lead progress to support team visibility and performance insights (based on the training you will receive)
Grow into second-call ownership: As you gain traction take occasional follow-up calls a natural ramp toward a Junior Account Executive (AE) role is possible.
