The objective of this role is to ensure that support tickets are resolved efficiently business requirements for enhancements are captured and communicated with the development team and that the full cycle of IT and end-user testing for enhancements is followed.
The focus of this role within the IM/EWM stream will be on warehouse structure master data inbound/outbound processes stock management RF/mobile processes and integration with receiving shipping and production within SAP S/4.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EWM processes including configuration troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement enhancements or optimizations to warehouse and logistics processes.
Create functional designs for enhancement requests and manage the lifecycle of implementing changes including collaboration with the development team IT testing and supporting end-user testing through production release.
Assist in rolling out the global EWM design to other regions or warehouses.
Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of SAP EWM processes.
Participate in SAP Upgrade project and provide techno functional support during the upgrade process
Requirements
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering supply chain management business administration computer science information systems or a related field.
Proven experience (4 years) working as an SAP IM/EWM Analyst Support Consultant or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with SAP IM/EWM configuration troubleshooting and system integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex warehouse and logistics issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Basic knowledge of related SAP modules such as MM SD PP and QM
Good understanding of integration between IM/EWM and other modules (e.g. MM SD QM PP FI).
Flexibility to adjust working hours to support different regions and participate in meetings across various time zones if needed.
