About the role

As a Sales Delivery Executive youll be the engine room of the sales function: keeping the booking process seamless ensuring clients are billed correctly and making sure campaigns go live exactly as promised. Youll thrive managing multiple priorities and feel a real sense of ownership over the accuracy and quality of your work.

What youll be doing

Processing and managing bookings Using Salesforce CRM to log completed sales and amend live campaigns as needed keeping everything accurate and up to date.

Tracking weekly sales revenue Collating and reporting on financial performance so the team always has a clear picture of where things stand.

Managing campaign quality Identifying and coordinating the removal or replacement of any faulty sites within live client campaigns keeping everything running as it should.

Checking campaigns and preparing site lists Verifying that whats been booked matches whats been delivered and collating upsite lists to share with clients.

Reviewing invoices and resolving queries Analysing financial reports to make sure clients are billed accurately and handling any queries that come in.

Knowledge and skills

Were looking for someone who brings a mix of attention to detail people skills and a positive problem-solving mindset. You dont need to tick every box if youre excited about the role and believe you could do it well wed love to hear from you.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working with data and taking an analytical approach

Clear and confident communicator

Client-focused attitude with good relationship-building skills

Flexible accurate and efficient in a fast-moving environment

A team player who is eager to learn and develop

Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a bonus but not essential well give you the training you need to hit the ground running.
