As a technical leader you will act as a hands-on authority throughout the software development life cycle. You will drive the architecture design and implementation of highly scalable full-stack applications bridging the gap between complex business logic modern front-end experiences and high-performance data warehousing. By establishing rigorous coding standards and optimizing system performance you will guide our engineering team through a fast-paced Agile environment to deliver impactful solutions.

What youll own as a Full Stack Lead Developer

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as the primary Full Stack Subject Matter Expert (SME) establishing engineering best practices conducting rigorous code reviews and providing mentorship to help junior and mid-level engineers excel.

• Full-Stack Engineering: Architect and build secure high-performance applications using Java/Spring Boot for back-end services and for responsive modern user interfaces.

• Data Layer Architecture: Design and optimize complex program specifications to ensure seamless high-speed interaction between UI components backend APIs and the Snowflake data layer.

• Agile Governance: Actively lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning and Retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to transform complex business needs into actionable technical tasks manage velocity and remove blockers.

• Security & Compliance: Drive architectural decisions regarding secure credential management and API security ensuring all development aligns with Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards.

• Testing & Validation: Oversee comprehensive multi-level unit and integration testing to ensure absolute data accuracy across intricate partner hierarchies.

What youll bring

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• 10 years of professional experience in full-stack design and software development.

• 3 years of success in a technical lead or mentorship capacity.

• Deep expertise in an Agile/Scrum environment with a proven ability to lead iterative engineering delivery.

• Advanced proficiency in Java (Back-end) and JavaScript/TypeScript with a heavy focus on (Front-end).

• Hands-on experience with Relational Databases or Data Warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and expert-level SQL tuning skills.

• The ability to translate ambiguous enterprise requirements into clean scalable code.

• A proactive independent mindset capable of owning architectural audits and cross-functional collaboration.

• Back-end: Java (Spring Boot) Core.

• Front-end: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript Redux/Context API.

• Data: Snowflake Oracle or MS SQL Server (Advanced SQL).

• API/Integration: Apigee Postman Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Tools: Jira Confluence Git/Bitbucket VS Code IntelliJ IDEA Maven/Gradle.
