Summary

The Senior Trainer provides continuous improvement of trainee skills and acumen as it pertains to their
specific program and client needs. Our Senior Trainer must be able to speak in front of a crowd develop
training materials for both internal and external teams and collaborate closely with business leaders to assess
employees increased performance improvement. This role equips trainees with the requisite knowledge
skills techniques and motivation to perform at the highest level.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
Lead the delivery of advanced soft skills leadership sales and interpersonal development programs
for designated trainees fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth
Establish and nurture productive relationships with program and client management serving as a
trusted advisor to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Strategically collaborate with subject matter experts to design and tailor high-impact training
initiatives that address evolving business needs
Provide expert guidance and subject matter expertise to support the design and optimization of
training systems and processes
Develop and implement client-focused training curriculums integrating program objectives to
support management in business development
Customize training activities and materials continuously refining curriculum to meet the unique
requirements of each program and maximize effectiveness
Develop and incorporate innovative activities into facilitator-led learning experiences ensuring
engagement and practical application for participants
Drive continuous improvement of trainee competencies and performance by implementing robust
training methodologies from program inception through ongoing enhancement cycles
Conduct comprehensive job analysis performance appraisals and regular consultations with business
leaders to identify and prioritize critical program skills and acumen
Design and execute comprehensive new hire training schedules that are position-specific and
encompass all facets of the programs operational procedures and product portfolio

Maintain and manage a forward-looking training calendar ensuring timely instruction on key topics
such as New Product Introduction Product Familiarity Sales Skills Process One-on-One Coaching
Vendor Relations Open Discussions and Product Q&A
Lead biannual skills assessments to evaluate training effectiveness identify gaps and develop
targeted strategies for continuous improvement
Leverage multi-media tools and technologies to enhance training delivery for ongoing trainee
development
Utilize new product introductions as strategic platforms to elevate program visibility and engagement
within client organizations

Qualifications

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:


Ability to proficiently lead process and product training to assigned client
Ability to operate successfully in cross-functional team
Prior experience facilitating blended learning
Knowledgeable in interactive training assessments and evaluation
Ability to prioritize organize problem solve meet deadlines and goals
Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow-up
Capability of working in a team-oriented environment that is fair open and honest
Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to tackle complex issues and develop innovative and practical solutions
Action and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
Quick and strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent presentation skills and articulate presenter
Ability to proof-read and edit content

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
3 years experience in similar role
Valid Drivers License
75% travel; 2-3 weeks per month
