Job Summary
A Cape Town based supplier is seeking a Logistics & Financial Co Ordinator following the resignation of the current incumbent relocating overseas. This is a hands-on role combining logistics coordination and finance administration with responsibility for inventory tracking and invoicing. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organised individual who can manage operational detail and financial accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
Track and manage logistics inventory relating to trucks and deliveries
Coordinate transport schedules and maintain accurate inventory records
Prepare issue and manage customer invoicing
Support basic debtor queries and invoice follow ups
Maintain aligned logistics and financial administration records
Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to finance and management
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 23 years experience in a logistics environment tracking truck-related inventory
Proven experience working simultaneously as a finance administrator handling invoicing
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Confident communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a deadline driven operational role
Qualification:
Matric WITH relevant experience
Diploma OR Degree - advantageous
