Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions while maintaining high productivity and quality care standards. Both new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise programs to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
Clinical Operations
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 1214 patients per day
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
- Handle double-booked follow-up appointments efficiently
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow clinic policies procedures and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Education & Licensure
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific requirement)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
