Day Shift - Monday through Friday. 8am to 5pmEducation and Work Experience:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredValid Drivers License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
