Job Summary
Job Title: SupervisorWe are looking for a Supervisor to join our growing team in Hawick. This role entails distributing work to different sections in our finishing process liaising with Manager and other departmental supervisors as to priority items and ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and health and safety. This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours a week on dayshift. Rate of pay for this role is 14.63 per will be provided but if you have experience in this role or something similar your expertise will be highly valued and the RoleYou will be:Oversee daily workflow and ensure tasks are completed safely efficiently and to quality work across all sections within the finishing process ensuring priority items are managed and completed work based on priorities skill levels and production production levels and adjust staffing/work allocation as daily/weekly meetings to discuss production targets priorities and operational compliance with company policies health & safety and standard operating youYou will:have the ability to carefully and accurately follow detailed written instructionstake pride in doing a job well and never compromise on high standardscommunicate well with colleagues and be an enthusiastic and supportive leaderAbout UsFounded in 1797 Johnstons of Elgin is an innovative luxury clothing brand celebrating 225 years of experience in working with the worlds finest fibres.
