Job Summary
The Senior Accounts Payable Processor (Individual Contributor II) is responsible for managing highcomplexity Accounts Payable transactions ensuring accuracy compliance and strong process controls. This role handles escalations drives operational improvements and supports knowledge sharing across the AP team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated and complex AP transactions including highvalue invoices unmatched GR/IR cases debit balances and foreign currency invoices.
- Review and validate invoice data for accuracy completeness and compliance with company policies.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Conduct vendor master data checks and periodic audits to maintain accuracy and prevent duplication or fraud.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations including GST TDS reverse charge and retention compliance.
- Collaborate with Procurement Finance Tax and Audit teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Support monthend close by preparing AP accruals aging analysis and exception summaries.
- Contribute to training sessions and guide junior team members on process standards.
- Generate AP performance reports monitor SLA adherence and track error reduction trends.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy cycle time and automation.

- Advanced SAP (FI) and invoice processing experience
- Strong analytical reconciliation and controloriented mindset
- Ability to mentor junior team members and support crossfunctional discussions
